About The Position

This position will be a temporary role supporting seasonal volume for our Northern California market through summer 2026. This will be a fully remote position, with all equipment provided and training conducted virtually. As a Closing Coordinator (Escrow Assistant), you will interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process. You will work closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and necessary third parties to gather all information required for settlement. You will also provide quotes and explanations regarding the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers. Responsibilities include opening orders, reviewing contracts, verifying details such as buyer/seller names, sales price, EMD, and other fee allocations. You will order and maintain detailed records, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure the timely delivery of EMD, HOA, solar, lines, and payoffs. The role requires delivering excellent customer experiences by guiding clients and agents through the closing process. Escrow Assistants are expected to embrace challenges and enjoy creative problem-solving to ensure client and agent satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1+ year working an escrow desk as an assistant.
  • Experience with residential purchase transactions highly preferred.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to guide clients and real estate agents through every step of the process while also working closely as a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude.
