The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. At our stores, team members are the fuel that helps our communities run! Please note that this role is to work for a franchisee of Dunkin', not Dunkin' Brands, Inc., or any of their affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who are solely responsible for their employees and set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.

Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming experience for guests stopping in later in the day
- Prepare drinks, sandwiches, and bakery items to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including dining, prep, and equipment
- Assist with end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures
