Requirements

Prior experience in carpentry, cabinetry, installation, or a related trade preferred
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools (drills, levels, saws, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to read measurements and follow technical installation instructions
Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
Valid driver's license, legally able to work in the US and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Install custom closet systems, garage storage, home office solutions, and other organizational products at client homes
Read and interpret installation plans, blueprints, and work orders accurately
Measure, cut, and assemble components to precise specifications
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently on job sites
Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client expectations
Communicate professionally with clients during on-site visits
Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
