About The Position

This role involves working alongside a Lead Installer to execute custom closet and home organization projects in clients' homes. The position requires hands-on work, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality installations. Daily tasks include assisting with in-home installations of custom closet and home storage systems, reading designs, handling materials, operating tools, and maintaining a clean and organized job site. Requirements

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
Some experience with carpentry, cabinetry, or hands-on installation work
Ability to read a design schematic
Handle physical demands comfortably

Nice To Haves

Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
Experience with closet installation a big plus
