About The Position

Closet Factory Houston designs and installs custom storage solutions for homeowners across Houston. We meet clients in their homes, understand their specific needs, design a solution built around how they actually live, and install it with precision. The role requires discipline, a structured process, genuine service orientation, and the ability to perform consistently under variable conditions. We are not offering a participation trophy for service, but a role that rewards what service built. We provide company-generated leads, a defined sales process, and training. This is a full-commission role where a six-figure income is accessible. The goal is straightforward: create sales by developing quality solutions for homeowner problems. This involves understanding their problems, designing a custom solution within their budget, and earning their trust. We have a structured sales process that defines exactly how to do this, built from years of field experience. The job requires learning, executing this process faithfully, and improving performance within it over time. This process will feel familiar to those who have executed complex processes under pressure, adapted to variable conditions, and performed when it counted most.

Requirements

  • Process discipline.
  • Ability to follow a defined process under pressure.
  • Ability to achieve volume and consistency (full production is 32 appointments per month).
  • Service orientation; genuinely understand and solve client problems.

Responsibilities

  • Understand homeowner problems.
  • Design custom solutions that solve problems within their budget.
  • Earn client trust.
  • Learn and execute the defined eight-step consultative sales process faithfully.
  • Achieve full production of 32 appointments per month.
  • Analyze what went wrong in appointments that do not close, adjust, and try again.
  • Participate in debriefs and role-playing sessions.
  • Continuously improve performance.
