The role requires discipline, a structured process, genuine service orientation, and the ability to perform consistently under variable conditions. Your job is to learn it, execute it faithfully, and improve your performance within it over time. Responsibilities

  • Create sales by developing quality solutions for homeowner problems.
  • Understand homeowner problems, design a custom solution that solves those problems within their budget, and earn their trust.
  • Learn and faithfully execute the defined eight-step consultative sales process.
  • Achieve full production of 32 appointments per month.
  • Analyze what went wrong in appointments that do not close, adjust, and try again.
  • Participate in debriefs and role-playing sessions.
  • Bring discipline to a civilian career.
