We invite you to join our dynamic US CLO Banking Team within the Securitized Product Group (SPG). This is your opportunity to utilize your expertise in a pivotal role within our Fixed Income/Global Markets division, engaging in complex financial transactions and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented VP-Level Structurer with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in finance. In this role, you will tackle a variety of challenging projects, driving impactful results through your advanced analytical skills and innovative thinking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of proven and relevant experience in financing or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated track record of executing all aspects of CLO transactions, with experience in both Middle Market and Broadly Syndicated transactions.
  • Strong team player with a self-motivated spirit, capable of working independently while fostering collaboration.
  • High level of integrity and a robust work ethic.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Possession of Series 79 and 63 licenses is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial modeling for new issues, refinancings, and resets.
  • Draft comprehensive internal credit committee memos and approval documentation.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including rating agencies and legal counsel.
  • Create persuasive client pitches and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc presentations for senior management, showcasing your insights and analyses.
  • Lead the execution of CLO transactions, encompassing modeling new structures, investor analyses, and reviewing and negotiating transaction documents.
  • Analyze market trends and historical performance to inform structuring decisions and enhance our competitive edge.
