About The Position

The Clinique Consultant provides a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience by combining creative and technical beauty expertise with a passion for people. The role delivers customer consultations that educate and delight, supports in-store events, and helps maintain visual merchandising standards. The work takes place in a fast-paced retail store. Consultants collaborate with store staff and team members to support smooth floor operations and an optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts. The position requires flexible retail availability, including days, nights, weekends, and special events. The anticipated hourly pay range is $24.00 to $36.00, with the exact rate dependent on factors including experience, skills, education, budget, and location.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.

Responsibilities
