About The Position

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking passionate, innovative, and detail-oriented Clinicians and Clinical Supervisors to join our growing integrated care teams across Western Massachusetts. Whether you are an independently licensed professional or a recent graduate eligible for licensure, we provide a dynamic environment where "Care Finds a Way". You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including children, transitional-aged youth, adults, and families. Our clinical focus is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, person-centered support, and harm reduction.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Family Therapy.
• Clinician: Must be License-Eligible, Independent License preferred.
• Clinical Supervisor: Must be Independently Licensed (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist).
• Strong therapeutic engagement skills, fidelity to evidence-based practices, and effective communication.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) individuals are highly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to pass required background checks (CORI).

Responsibilities

• Provide initial intake assessments and conduct individual, group, family, or couple therapy.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans and safety plans based on participant needs.
• Work with individuals living at the intersections of poverty, justice involvement, and substance use recovery.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nursing, case managers, and recovery coaches.
• Maintain high-quality clinical records using electronic health record systems.
