We would love for you to join our Intensive Services Team as a Functional Family Therapy Clinician! Functional Family Therapy is an evidence-based practice for helping families, and children who are at risk of out-of-home placement. Extensive training in the model is provided and the treatment is delivered as part of our comprehensive service array. Regular supervision, including licensure supervision for Residents and Supervisees is available in addition to competitive pay and a complete benefits package.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or other license-eligible Human Services field is required.
Nice To Haves
- Virginia Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist is preferred.
- At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
- Speaks multiple languages.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Functional Family Therapy to families and children at risk of out-of-home placement.
- Provide comprehensive services as part of the Intensive Services Team.
- Participate in regular supervision, including licensure supervision if applicable.
