About The Position

The YES Pathways Mental Health Clinician provides compassionate, youth-centered mental health support to middle and high school students and their families. Working collaboratively with schools, community partners, and multidisciplinary service providers, the clinician helps promote resilience, recovery, and equitable access to culturally responsive behavioral health services while addressing systemic barriers that may impact youth success. In partnership with school personnel and community providers, the clinician coordinates care, bridges service gaps through collaboration with other EBAC programs, and connects youth and families to appropriate resources. The role also focuses on fostering positive youth development by creating safe, supportive spaces where students can build social-emotional skills, strengthen peer connections, and develop leadership abilities. Throughout the school year, the clinician facilitates structured cohort groups, supports youth enrichment opportunities, and elevates youth voice by encouraging meaningful participation in school and community initiatives. Through advocacy, collaboration, and relationship-building, the clinician empowers young people to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while contributing to healthier, more connected communities.
