About The Position

NFI North’s THS Pathways is seeking a full-time Clinician for its 16-bed adult program in Concord, New Hampshire. The position is Monday through Friday and salaried, with compensation based on the candidate’s education and experience. The program provides residential treatment and day services, including clinical and vocational services, case management, and life-skills support for adults living with mental illness who are pursuing independent living.

The Clinician provides services in a day-treatment setting and works with participants whose mental illness may be complicated by substance use, developmental deficits, neurological impairments, major illnesses, or legal constraints. The position leads a multidisciplinary treatment team and includes assessment, treatment planning, crisis management, therapy, supervision of a clinical case manager, and rotating on-call duties.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or a related field.
• Licensure in social work or a mental health field, or eligibility to obtain licensure.

• Current licensure in social work or a mental health field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services in a day-treatment program setting.
• Offer individual and group therapy to participants.
