About The Position

The Clinician is part of a specialty multi-disciplinary team including a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Therapeutic Support Specialist, Behavior Monitor, and a Peer Mentor. Responsibilities include engaging the youth and family in the intake process, completing all required assessments, updating as needed, and completing treatments plans in conjunction with youth and family. Provide clinical guidance to team as well as guidance to support staff in relation to the implementation of clinical goals. Engage in on-going safety assessment and planning, care coordination, and be part of the on-call rotation for Children’s Mental Health Services.

Requirements

Master’s degree
License eligible as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
Prior experience working with youth and families, including youth struggling with mental health and behavioral challenges
Flexible schedule
Valid MA driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Organized
Strong documentation and clinical writing skills

Responsibilities
