They are continuously hiring Outpatient Clinicians to join their team and work with youth and families at multiple locations in Pueblo, CO. Requirements

Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a closely related field
Willing and able to obtain licensure candidacy status within 1 month of hire and clinical licensure within 3-years of hire
Experience working successfully within a multi-disciplinary team
Computer proficiency
Valid Colorado driver's license, good driving record, and access to transportation during work hours
Must already be authorized to work in the US; sponsorships not available

Nice To Haves

Independent Colorado clinical license (i.e., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Colorado Addictions Credentials (i.e. CAT, CAS, LAC)
Spanish language skills

Responsibilities

Administering screenings, assessments, and facilitating collaborative treatment planning
Providing individual, couples/family, and/or group services
Maintaining accurate, compliant, and up-to-date client records
Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and trainings
Meeting performance standards related to documentation, caseload management, and productivity
Working collaboratively and representing Health Solutions with community agencies and partners
Performing other job-related duties as requested and assigned based on program and client needs
