This role involves the continuous clinical assessment of clients' strengths, limitations, and needs based on ASAM dimensions, and making timely recommendations regarding appropriate ASAM level of care. The clinician will work within a team-oriented system, incorporating contributions from the client, other employees, and client's collaterals. They will utilize multiple streams of information to effectively and efficiently individualize treatment planning. Responsibilities also include client transportation, alcohol/drug testing, supporting progressive medication management, and conducting intake screenings, transition support, and groups/lectures for clients in any Fellowship House level of care. The clinician will coordinate and maintain all documentation in client files for an average caseload of 15-18 clients in a medium intensity residential program. Other tasks may be required for the overall safety of clients and the program. The work schedule consists of an 8-hour workday Monday-Friday, with extended hours as needed for direct care services and holiday coverage in rotation with other staff.
