Clinician - Outpatient Services
About The Position

Our outpatient program is seeking clinicians (LMHP or LMHP-E) to work with adults, children, and adolescents with mental health and/or substance use disorders as part of a welcoming and supportive clinical team. We are committed to innovative, evidence-based practices and offer flexible scheduling, licensure supervision for LPC and LCSW residents and supervisees, and are a National Health Services Corps Loan Repayment site. Additional compensation is available for employees who speak multiple languages.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other license-eligible Human Services field is required.
- At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is required.
Nice To Haves
- Virginia Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Workers, or Marriage and Family Therapist is preferred.
