About The Position

In this role, Spurwink clinicians provide office-based individual and family therapy to a mixed caseload of children and adults. Spurwink prioritizes quality supervision for clinicians, using a blend of individual and group formats to meet the licensing requirements and professional development needs. Access to training of evidence-based treatment modalities is part of the Spurwink experience. A generous allowance is provided for therapy supplies, external trainings, and license reimbursement.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
Current Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC)
Maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's driving policy.

Nice To Haves

Full licensure preferred but not required.
New grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and providing individual and family therapy.
Provide updates on treatment progress for managed care entries, clinical documentation, and electronic record keeping.
Interdisciplinary collaboration and strong networking skills are essential.
