Clinician - Outpatient Services ($3,000 Sign on Bonus)
About The Position
New River Valley Community Services (NRVCS), a large Community Service Board in Virginia, is seeking clinicians (LMHP or LMHP-E) for its outpatient program. The role involves working with adults, children, and adolescents who have mental health and/or substance use disorders. The position is part of a welcoming and supportive clinical team that focuses on innovative, evidence-based practices. NRVCS offers flexible scheduling, licensure supervision for LPC and LCSW residents and supervisees, and is a National Health Services Corps Loan Repayment site. Full-time staff receive a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other license-eligible Human Services field required.
- LMHP or LMHP-E designation.
Nice To Haves
- Virginia Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist is preferred.
- At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
- Speaks multiple languages.
