Your Mission in Action The Clinician is an integral member of the program’s clinical team, responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy to children served . The clinician cond uc ts comprehensive assessments, collaborates with multidisciplinary treatment teams, and develops and implements individualized treatment plans. The Clinician monitors therapeutic interventions and provides psychoeducation to children , caregivers, and sponsors, promoting emotional resilience and effective coping strategies. They ensure that clinical care aligns with agency policies, licensing standards, and federal, state, CARF, and local regulations. Additionally, the Clinician plays a key role in crisis intervention, stabilization, and collaborating with external partners to ensure children receive holistic support
