About The Position

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social work required.
• Current Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Nice To Haves

• Two years mental health experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral health assessments and short-term behavioral health therapy to primary care patients within the setting of the practice.
• Documents in the patient’s electronic health record.
• Provides behavioral health services to referred patients.
• Provides behavioral health education and consultation as requested.
