About The Position

In this vital role, the Clinician - All Ages will provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for child, adolescent, and adults of the program. The Clinician will conduct diagnostic evaluations, including developing treatment plan and goals in collaboration with the consumer. Collaborate with treatment team and other providers to establish treatment plan and disposition. Provide direct therapeutic intervention. Maintain regular communication with treatment team and collateral providers/case managers as necessary. This may include attending planning or case management meetings regarding consumers. Provides crisis management for clients on caseload and other outpatient center clients as necessary. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working with individuals across the lifespan and has experience or a strong interest in supporting diverse populations, especially those impacted by substance use challenges and co-occurring disorders.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
  • One year of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise
  • Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certified
  • Must meet all requirements to leading to an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
