Remote All Ages Therapist (LCSW / LPC) – Maine
About The Position
Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time, Maine-licensed LCSW or LPC to provide virtual outpatient therapy through one of their Maine-based partners. This fully remote role prioritizes clinical quality, collaboration, and work-life balance. The therapist will conduct comprehensive initial evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team. The position serves patients aged 6+ with a variety of diagnoses, including autism, depression, ADHD, trauma, SUD, and SPMI. Iris Telehealth is a Joint Commission Accredited organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care and providing comprehensive support to its clinicians.
Requirements
- Active LCSW or LPC license in Maine
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Nice To Haves
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Experience with eClinicalWorks and AthenaOne a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources
