This role involves providing trauma-informed clinical services, including triage, crisis intervention, assessment, individual, group, and/or family therapy, screening, treatment planning, and referral within a multidisciplinary team. The clinician will complete all required documentation related to resident treatment, coordinate care and referrals with other community agencies, and meet productivity standards. Attendance and participation in all required meetings and trainings are essential, as is participation in trainings for new service delivery options and program development. Ensuring ASAM criteria is clearly documented and utilization review is completed are also key responsibilities.
