The Clinical Resource Manager is responsible for working with Service Lines as well as all of Supply Chain Category Management to provide support and validation regarding decision making related to supplies, equipment and services being considered by the organization. Working in close partnership with Category Management, the Clinical Resource Manager supports the Category Managers by driving savings and value creation through cost optimization, product, equipment and services utilization, and rationalization aligned with best-in-class clinical practices. The Clinical Resource Manager will support the clinical value analysis program, facilitate clinical integration, and lead the clinical product, equipment, and services evaluation process. This role requires strong research skills, data analysis capabilities, opportunity identification skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both supply chain and clinical leadership. Assisting in the research of marketplace data, clinical case cost, minimize variation, product rationalization.
