The Clinical Trials Manager is a key leadership role within our Clinical Trials Office (CTO), overseeing the OnCore Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) Data Team. This team plays a critical role in maintaining accurate clinical trial data and supporting the operational and financial integrity of our research program. This is an opportunity to lead a team within our Clinical Trials Office that directly impacts lives across Oklahoma and beyond.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in health-related field to include Health Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or close related field.
  • 48 months experience in clinical trials research coordination and/or administration, professional level data management and analysis, or other closely related professional level role.
  • Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.

Responsibilities

  • Lead OnCore data operations and ensure accurate documentation of protocol-required patient visits, tests, and procedures.
  • Support sponsor agreements and financial operations by ensuring research-related services are accurately captured for downstream invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Promote data quality and documentation practices that support clinical trial compliance, protocol requirements, and audit readiness.
  • Ensure clinical trial revenue accuracy through review and reconciliation of completed patient visits, tests, and procedures against study budgets and contracts, supporting appropriate sponsor invoicing and patient/insurance billing.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a specialized team responsible for critical CTMS data and operational functions.
  • Develop metrics and reporting that demonstrate performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Partner with clinical operations, coverage analysis, budgeting, invoicing, and other research teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows.
