About The Position

IQVIA is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a flexible and rewarding opportunity in clinical research. This role involves conducting in-home visits and supporting clinical research activities to bring innovative therapies to patients. It offers flexible scheduling, typically morning or early-afternoon visits, making it suitable for PRN nurses or those working part-time who are looking to earn supplemental income while gaining hands-on research experience.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the country of employment
• BLS certification required
• Recent experience with venipuncture and blood draws
• Experience reviewing patient charts and pre-screening against protocol criteria
• Ability to conduct study visits in accordance with protocol-specific schedules and procedures
• Comfortable using basic software applications for documentation and reporting
• Flexible availability with the ability to travel locally/regionally (up to 90 miles)
• Reliable transportation, internet access, and a mobile phone

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits with clinical trial participants
• Perform patient chart reviews and pre-screen patients based on protocol inclusion/exclusion (I/E) criteria
• Collect clinical samples and data to evaluate the safety and efficacy of investigational treatments
• Conduct protocol-driven study visits according to the study’s schedule of activities
• Perform nursing procedures including: Blood draws, vital signs, and urine collection
• Medication administration, including subcutaneous injections (as required)
• Sample labeling, processing, and shipping
• Accurately document study visits, adverse events (AEs), serious adverse events (SAEs), and mental health (MH) assessments
• Support community outreach efforts to enhance patient awareness and recruitment
