About The Position

IQVIA is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to support clinical trial activities through in-home patient visits. This per-diem role offers flexible, supplemental work and hands-on experience in clinical research. As a Clinical Trial Nurse, you will ensure patient safety and high-quality data collection for innovative treatments. The position involves local and regional travel, requiring independent work in patients' homes while adhering to study protocols and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state where work is performed
• BLS certification
• Recent and demonstrated blood draw experience
• Hematology experience
• Comfortable using basic computer and documentation systems
• Ability to work independently in a home-based care setting
• Reliable transportation, mobile phone, and internet access

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric nursing experience
• Previous exposure to clinical trials or research nursing

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits with clinical trial participants
• Perform study-related procedures in accordance with protocol requirements
• Collect and process biological samples and clinical data, including: Blood draws, Vital signs and urine testing, Subcutaneous medication administration (when required)
• Label, package, and ship specimens per protocol
• Accurately document visit data, adverse events (AEs), and serious adverse events (SAEs)
• Complete mental health (MH) reviews when applicable
• Communicate effectively with study teams and patients to ensure compliance and safety
