Requirements

Current Missouri RN license, current Missouri LPN IV-Certified license, or RMA.
Minimum 2 years' experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
Thorough knowledge of ethical and legal billing procedures.
Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience required.

Responsibilities

Answer the telephone in a warm, friendly manner.
Assess patients' conditions and medical history to determine the urgency and appropriate level of care.
Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and specialists as necessary.
Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and thoroughly.
Escalate patient concerns via workload message, noting all applicable conditions & requests to the clinical staff.
Multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, protocols, and quality standards.
