Clinical Transition Liaison Hospice

About The Position
This role requires an RN, LPN or other clinical license, plus previous outside sales/business development experience in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for partnering with local Liaisons for the growth and development of new business contacts and maintaining current relationships within assigned accounts.
Requirements
- One (1+) year experience in healthcare, business development or related industry.
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse in the state of service.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in Hospice or healthcare Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships within a competitive marketplace.
- Partner with local Liaisons to develop and grow target accounts.
- Meet with patient and family members to complete consults.
- Responds to customers in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Base salary between $80,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
