About The Position

Leads the implementation of complex, enterprise‑level clinical strategies and transformation initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation, adoption, and sustainability across the health system. Serves as a senior implementation leader, accountable for translating clinical strategies into implementation plans, guiding multidisciplinary teams through change, and ensuring initiatives are embedded into frontline clinical operations. Partners with executive, clinical, and operational leaders to drive disciplined delivery and measurable impact. Coordinates deployment efforts across the health system to diagnose care breakdowns and implement stopgaps and collaborating with ministry and regional leaders on appropriate resolution handoff.

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing, and BA/BSN or equivalent years of experience and education
  • Five years’ RN experience

Responsibilities

  • Leads the implementation of enterprise clinical transformation initiatives, overseeing execution activities to ensure initiatives are deployed consistently, on time, and aligned with system‑wide standards.
  • Translates clinical transformation strategies into structured implementation plans, defining milestones, sequencing, dependencies, and adoption requirements across ministries and care settings.
  • Serves as a senior implementation partner to clinical and operational leaders, providing guidance on workflow redesign, implementation science, change management, and operational integration of transformation initiatives.
  • Leads change management implementation for assigned initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, readiness assessment, communication coordination, and adoption reinforcement.
  • Oversees deployment of implementation tools, resources, and methodologies to support frontline adoption and sustainment of clinical transformation efforts.
  • Identifies implementation risks, adoption barriers, and variation in performance; proactively escalates issues and recommends mitigation strategies to leadership.
  • Supports performance monitoring related to implemented initiatives by partnering with analytics and operational teams to assess adoption, effectiveness, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Acts as an internal consultant and mentor staff, providing coaching on implementation discipline, problem‑solving, and implementation rigor.
  • Contributes to the continuous refinement of implementation playbooks, standard methodologies, and best practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
