The Clinical Trainer/Nurse Educator supports the clinical team through the development, implementation, and delivery of education, training, and professional development programs that promote high-quality, evidence-based patient care. This role collaborates with clinical leaders and frontline staff to identify learning needs, develop standardized training materials, and support the adoption of clinical best practices, quality initiatives, and organizational standards. The Clinical Trainer/Nurse Educator facilitates both large and small group training sessions, provides onboarding education for new clinical staff, and maintains an organized repository of educational resources and training materials. The role also participates in the review, development, and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and care guidelines to support quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, team-based care, and continuous performance improvement. Using feedback from staff and quality data, the Clinical Trainer/Nurse Educator identifies opportunities for educational interventions and process improvements that enhance clinical performance and patient outcomes. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and facilitation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting established timelines.
