About The Position

At SOL, you’re part of a collaborative, clinician-centered team with the structure, support, and tools to do your best work. This role includes providing clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists, as well as direct management of a designated therapist cohort. In addition, all SOL Therapy Supervisors will maintain a caseload and provide direct patient care.

Requirements

Active, independent LCSW license in D.C, MD, VA
3-5 years post graduate clinical experience
Experience with EHR systems

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities

Responsibilities

Take ownership of communicating and implementing company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team
Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff
Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers
Maintain a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical skills
Provide coaching and support
Participate in the hiring process
Identify training needs for clinical team members
Lead case consultation sessions
Provide clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists
Direct management of a designated therapist cohort
Maintain a caseload and provide direct patient care
