About The Position

Clinical Therapists at SOL provide high-quality mission-driven clinical care. They engage in weekly group meetings to collaborate with peers, share insights, and support continuous learning. Therapists are expected to complete clinical documentation efficiently and accurately, with the option to use an AI-supported note-taking tool to assist with compiling notes.

Requirements

• Fully Licensed in the state of CO
• Must have the following licensure: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC
• 2+ years of experience providing treatment to adult, young adult, and or adolescent populations.
• Skilled in evidence-based clinical treatment methods and applying interventions with patients in crisis.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
