About The Position

Attain Behavioral Health Toledo is seeking a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to provide addiction recovery and mental health services to clients in Ohio. The Clinical Therapist conducts assessments, develops personalized treatment plans, provides counseling, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive client care. The position is based in Toledo, Ohio, and requires relocation to Toledo before starting work. The listed salary range is $55,000–$76,500 per year, with an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
Current and valid Ohio licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW).
Previous experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on diverse populations and presenting issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate within a team.
Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with legal regulations.
Dedication to continuous professional development.
Three years of dual diagnosis experience (required).
Three years of addiction counseling experience (required).
Ability to relocate to Toledo, OH 43617 before starting work (required).

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
