Clinical Therapist provide community-based clinical care through Unison Health’s FACT Program, supporting individuals with severe and persistent behavioral health conditions (SPMI). Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, conduct diagnostic assessments under supervision, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote client stability, independence, and access to essential services. This role is community-focused, working directly with clients where they live and thrive, and involves a 24/7 team approach with a flexible schedule and rotating on-call responsibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
