About The Position

Clinical Therapist provide community-based clinical care through Unison Health’s FACT Program, supporting individuals with severe and persistent behavioral health conditions (SPMI). Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, conduct diagnostic assessments under supervision, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote client stability, independence, and access to essential services. This role is community-focused, working directly with clients where they live and thrive, and involves a 24/7 team approach with a flexible schedule and rotating on-call responsibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Unison Health offers ongoing training, supervision, and tuition reimbursement for professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (Master’s preferred) OR Master’s degree in Counseling
  • Current Ohio licensure: LSW or LPC (LISW/LPCC preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with SPMI clients
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
  • Deliver community-based clinical services focused on client stability and independence.
  • Coordinate care through advocacy and linkage to appropriate resources and support services.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.
