Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (Master’s preferred) OR Master’s degree in Counseling
- Current Ohio licensure: LSW or LPC (LISW/LPCC preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with SPMI clients
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
- Conduct diagnostic assessments under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
- Deliver community-based clinical services focused on client stability and independence.
- Coordinate care through advocacy and linkage to appropriate resources and support services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.
