About The Position

Provide Individual, Family Therapy, and/or group therapy mental health services. Completion of all required documentation in accordance with state regulations and Joint Commission Standards: Comprehensive Assessment, Active Treatment Plan, and Suicide Risk assessment completed within 30 days of admission, progress notes within 72 hours of service provision. Embed Measurement-Based Care into treatment services with the utilization of PUPS (EHR) and Blueprint. Abide by The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (42 USC & 201 et seq.). All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in social work or human services is required.
• Must have a license from the state of Iowa or be working toward this license post-graduation.
• Must be capable of physically restraining students when necessary.
