About The Position

The Recovery Village Umatilla is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. As part of a national behavioral healthcare network, this role offers a supportive environment for both patients and staff. The position utilizes proprietary AI technology to simplify documentation, allowing more time for patient care. A sign-on bonus is available: $4,000 for preliminary licensed and $6,500 for independently licensed therapists. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
Licensed or pre-licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern)
CPR and BFA Certification required.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
Support discharge planning and continuity of care
