We are seeking a licensed clinical supervisor (LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S) to provide therapy services and clinical supervision to therapists pursuing licensure. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, innovation, and teamwork.

Requirements

Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
Active LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S credential with required supervisor training.
Experience completing intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record systems.

Nice To Haves

Valant experience is a plus.
Been credentialed with insurance before.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and maintain clinical documentation.
Supervise pre-licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure.
Collaborate with clients, families, medical providers, case managers, and other professionals.
Develop effective, creative interventions to help clients meet treatment goals.
Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours.
Participate in clinical meetings, consultations, and ongoing training.
Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
