About The Position
The Recovery Village Umatilla is seeking a PRN Group Therapist who needs to have weekend availability. At The Recovery Village, we are dedicated to helping individuals recover from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders through compassionate, evidence-based care. As part of a national behavioral healthcare network, our teams work together to create a supportive environment for both patients and staff. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field
- Licensed or pre-licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern)
- CPR and BFA Certification required.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide Group therapy in a residential treatment setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
