About The Position

Are you ready to make a difference in adolescent Lives? General Summary: This position works under the direction of the Residential Services Director. Conducts group, individual and family therapy. Is responsible for treatment planning, documentation of patient status and response to treatment and coordinates services for assigned caseload. Assesses strengths and needs of the patients; plans, provides access and coordinates multidisciplinary care and service for their patients. Functions as a member of the treatment team. This is a safety sensitive position.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified mental health professional as defined by state standards.
• Must have one of the following current credentials: Masters Degree in Social Work and licensed by the state of Arkansas; or Masters Degree and licensed by the State of Arkansas as a Psychological Examiner; or Masters Degree and a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Associate Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist by the State of Arkansas.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Team members are required to sit, stand, talk, see, walk and reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to personally restrain patients.
• Must maintain a current tuberculosis skin test.

Nice To Haves

• Past experience in mental health and utilization of community resources is preferred.
