Clinical Technician, Per Diem - Emergency Room - Mannington

About The Position
Under the direction of Registered Nurses and physicians, the Clinical Technician assists in providing patient care and maintaining the patient care environment in the Emergency Department. Emergency Department Technicians do not function as regulated or licensed professionals.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- New hires must complete initial CPI training within 60 days, followed by annual de-escalation training provided by Inspira.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a certified EMT, nursing assistant, or paramedic, or as an RN student who has completed the first year.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing patient care in the Emergency Department under the direction of Registered Nurses and physicians.
- Help maintain the patient care environment in the Emergency Department.
