About The Position
Inova Fairfax Hospital - Intermediate Cardiac Care Unit (ICCU) is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team. This role will be Full-Time with rotations for days and nights, varying days, and rotating weekends and holidays. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse.
- Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
- Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
- Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of virtual orientations, classroom-style sessions, virtual training modules, and on-unit shifts.
