Our Talent Advisors play a critical role in helping children with autism access care by connecting incredible clinicians with meaningful careers.

As a Clinical Talent Advisor, you’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle while partnering with leaders to attract and hire clinical talent across our growing centers.

Requirements

• Has 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Enjoys sourcing and identifying talent, not just reviewing applicants
• Builds strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
• Thinks creatively about how to attract talent in competitive markets
• Takes ownership of their pipeline and follows through
• Cares about finding great humans, not just filling roles

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer
• Identify and attract clinical talent including Behavior Analysts in Training
• Build trust-based relationships with candidates
• Partner with hiring leaders to solve hiring challenges
• Craft competitive offers that close top talent
• Use creative sourcing strategies to uncover strong candidates
• Share recruiting insights and market feedback with leadership
