About The Position

Join Oak Orchard Community Health Center and play a key role in delivering high-quality care to underserved and agricultural communities across Western New York. We’re looking for a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner who is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical roles across the organization. This includes sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process.

Requirements

3+ years of full cycle recruiting
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing processes preferred

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions, including Providers, RNs, LPNs, MAs, and allied health roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source candidates through job boards, networking, and healthcare-specific recruiting platforms
Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview processes
Manage and track candidates through the applicant tracking system
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, training programs, and professional networks
Support and lead new hire orientation
Conduct student placement process
