Provides support to the Talent Acquisition Partners in the hospital’s recruitment efforts and employment processes. Manages candidate logistics, maintains databases, and enhances the overall candidate experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hire process and helps ensure a positive candidate experience. It involves scheduling appointments, gathering data, and answering candidate inquiries. The coordinator will maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in a HCM system and other HR systems, coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding activities, and participate in the development and revision of workflows, work instructions, policies and procedures, and other program documents, ensuring that they remain up to date all while maintaining strict confidentiality of information. Additionally, the role assists with special projects and events, participates on special committees, including providing administrative support, scheduling, and performing basic project coordination.
