The role also proactively identifies usage patterns, documents issues and trends, and shares insights with product teams and domain and business leadership. The position is based in Princeton, New Jersey, and requires 5–10 days of travel per year. It reports to Saman Sadhar, People Leader in Global IT, and Simon Rønne, Domain Lead, from a functional point of view.
