About The Position

As an IT Clinical Systems Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between our clinical staff and IT systems. Your responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive support for CPSI/TruBridge and eClinicalWorks systems, including configuration and troubleshooting. Acting as a liaison with EHR vendors' technical support. Performing routine system maintenance and participating in on-call coverage. Assisting in maintaining system security and documentation. Collaborate with Clinical Operations to implement Team Prioritization Items Maintaining CPSI and eClinicalWorks employee and departmental security levels. Provides CPSI or eClinicalWorks training and education to individuals and/or groups in formal or informal settings. Provide data manipulation, reports and analysis to various levels of staff. Gathering annual data for MIPS reporting requirements and implementing new required systems such as electronic case reporting (ECR).

Requirements

  • Experience with enterprise systems implementation and support.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer knowledge of CPSI/Evident and eClinicalWorks.
