Requirements
- Must be able to work independently as well as with resources of supervision and management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the pre-registration of patients into the facility, including but not limited to the Clinic.
- Answering and distributing calls/messages.
- Scheduling patients.
- Verifying current patient demographics.
- Provide excellent service to patients, their families, physician office staff, hospital personnel and related outside agencies.
