Clinical Support Specialist
About The Position
As a Licensed Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight by reviewing PSDs, care plans, clinical notes, safety plans, and other manager-assigned clinical documentation to support accuracy, completeness, quality, and compliance with organizational standards. Requirements
- Master’s degree in human resources or related field.
- LISW, LISW-S or LPC required.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of clinical oversight
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to SAFY of Ohio Treatment Directors
- Support and review, approve and/or final sign clinical documentation
- Review PSDs (Diagnostic Assessments)
- Reviews Care Plans
- Review Clinical Documentation- ie. Clinical notes
- Review Safety plans
- Review other assigned clinical documentation by Manager
